FOREWORD BY THE GROUP CEO

Group Chief Executive Officer

ENERGYNE Group

I invite our customers, partners and stakeholders to view ENERGYNE STATIONARIES not simply as a stationery supplier, but as a strategic supply-chain partner for education. Our commitment is clear: to build efficiently, supply reliably and create lasting value.

Stationery is more than supplies.
It is the learning environment.

It gives me great pleasure to introduce the ENERGYNE STATIONARIES Business Profile, a reflection of our commitment to building a modern, reliable and scalable stationery supply chain that serves the needs of South Africa's education sector.

At ENERGYNE, we believe that stationery is more than simply a collection of school supplies. It is an essential part of the learning environment. Behind every learner, teacher and classroom is a supply chain that must work efficiently, accurately and consistently.

Our objective is therefore to create a business capable of taking responsibility for that supply chain—from procurement and manufacturing to packing, quality control, warehousing and distribution.

Our vision is to build ENERGYNE STATIONARIES into a trusted South African education-supply partner, capable of supporting individual schools, school groups, distributors, institutions and large-scale education programmes.

We are developing our operations with scalability in mind, ensuring that our people, production processes and distribution model can grow alongside the demand for our stationery supply services.

A key part of our approach is the development of complete, grade-specific stationery packs. By consolidating numerous stationery requirements into professionally prepared packs, we aim to simplify procurement, reduce administrative pressure and provide customers with a more controlled and efficient solution.

However, our ambitions extend beyond simply supplying products. We want to establish an organisation built around discipline, accountability, innovation and operational excellence. Every pack must be produced to specification. Every stock movement must be controlled. Every order must be treated with importance. Every customer relationship must be built on trust.

As the Group CEO, I am particularly focused on creating an organisation where service, quality and operational discipline work together. Strong planning, accurate stock control and efficient distribution are fundamental to how we operate.

We also recognise that sustainable growth requires strong partnerships. Our success will depend on the relationships we build with schools, education departments, suppliers, logistics providers, distributors, employees and other stakeholders.

The journey ahead is ambitious. We intend to expand our production capabilities, strengthen our distribution network and progressively broaden our educational supply offering. Most importantly, we intend to remain focused on the fundamentals: quality, reliability, accuracy and service.

As ENERGYNE, our commitment is clear: to build efficiently, supply reliably and create lasting value for South Africa's education sector.
